I think our plight is quite a bit different to Fge, from a legal point of view.
Mbn have also been very tight lipped, the key here is finding out what they have hidden.

They have had teams of legal people working on this deal for months, so there won't be any obvious mistakes.

Why have they included shareholders at all?

Why did Lancaster park transfer it's shares to dircorp?

Was RCF as the largest shareholders included in the deal?

Lots of questions not many answers yet. It will come out its just a matter of digging deep enough and in the right places.
