Seems PDY have a lot of explaining to do.

I do a lot of work with SECT 1041E of the Corps Act and this seems on the face of it someone has been naughty.

I noted JSKF say that it would drain the company finances.. not if it is proceeded against the directors and other parties and they have insurance!

Finally.. my last bit of free advice would be to start a shareholders action group and depending of what can be proven, then you can go a representative action rather than a class action.
