Ah yes it is an old concept - but the laws of our land give many protections to the consumer - and they have been introduced because there will always be those without morals - regulation costs all of us - don't just think that the responsibility all just lies with those buying securities in a publically listed company - if you do you are sadly mistaken - it is not the TAB or Crown Casino!!
