    I'm just wondering about holders taking class action against PDY.

    Now if you win (IMHO likely) PDY will need to pay and legal cost... their $1.5m cash (will spend $550K this quarter and one month already gone) will not be enough.

    Why holders continue to hold stock and hoping to bankrupt PDY?

    Why people buy stock knowing very good chance PDY will loss court case?

    How about Roland? How much did he made from his work on PDY?
