Taking into account today's ASX announcements the previous board and management personnel who "CONVENIENTLY RESIGNED???" in October 2014 may be facing a class action from their shareholders who have been taken to the cleaners by this very doubtful crew?
No wonder Blackstar Petroleum (BSP) have withdrawn their offer after partway thru completing their due diligence?
It's a pity us hoodwinked shareholders were never given the "fact sheets" that BSP were given access to?
And once again WHAT DOES THE USELESS ASX do about per suing these doubtful directors? NOTHING???
