Ok, I sent emails to the funder and to the lawyers. The funder bounced me to the lawyer and my contact there bounced me to the head solicitor. I will let you know as soon as I get an answer. ADR is mirky waters for me without transparency and the last thing we need is to get robbed by more lawyers. It is absolutely unclear to me how any resolution between KZL directors and the class action lawyers (without communication and input from the 'class action clients') can happen. I signed the class action authority and I am not happy about how this ADR is progressing. I have had no communication since January, nothing.
