How about updating claimants- delay seems excessive to say the least-funds distribution administrator has been appointed yet nothing - no update -it goes with out saying that settlement monies E.G.- 100 Million at 2 %-P/A interest accrues at 160 k per month-not a bad top up on fee's potentially as high as 50% going to feed the lawyers -common enough enough -update you clients -whom are paying your fee's !!
