When the press stop typing and move on, the world also tends to move on; including forum members, ASX and ASIC.
ASIC should be leading the action. I cannot understand why based on the information that has been disclosed in the press and via the ASX that they have not taken action against any individual.
Class action launch, ASIC action, ASX action etc. will see this saga back in the press. Unfortunately it may be too late of certain individuals have sold off all their assets.
