I read today that some guy got two years jail for printing a few $50s and $100s notes. If I remember correctly one of our directors paid some of his staff in a privately owned company with Newstat's money. In my view that is fraud and theft. It shows that the higher up in society (either by money or connections) somehow you are immune from prosecution. White collar crime thrives under the guidance of ASIC. I lost $4,000 to these thieves.
The clips released from their meeting shows just how incompetent they were. Definitely not director ship material for any ASX listed company.
