We are grateful that you put your hands up a while back to show your determination to get justice and hopefully some compensation from the mess left for us by Newsat.
Lawyers now need to measure the amount of support they can expect and the probable size of the action.
Therefore we are required to ask all those who asked for inclusion [all 260 so far] what the total number of shares they had AND the totally estimated amount they lost as a result of what occurred.
You do not need to still own shares. In that case list your holding as zero but your estimated loss as $xxxxx.
Without this the lawyers will not consider the case. Put bluntly they need to see if it is worth their while. We have to show them it is.
I ask you to return the estimate information to me as quickly as possible.
The information is totally confidential and 100% secure. Previously some only gave contact details and a request to be included but that is now no longer enough. You need not worry about disclosure. It will only ever be seen by the solicitors. For the record I have 450,000 shares and I estimate my loss at approximately $168,750. Many have lost a lot less many a lot more. Time to add them to the total.
Whether the law firm will accept the case is still up in the air and depends on your response so please help us to help them to help you.
