Think you are missing the point:
My thoughts are going along the lines of individual directors possibly not having complied with their obligation - so the action would possibly draw on their indemnity insurance, which they are obliged to have, should they hypothetically have not fulfilled their obligation ( that is an IF !)
Just an angle that would need to be confirmed by legal eagles
And in light of what has been ann this week - boy are there possibly angles to persue !!
