That sounds quite plausible,
Also APAC and Pacific Rd had and still have board influence here, beneficiaries of winning any action but also subject of any action.
Many ex LT share holders like myself and current were shafted, I was lucky enough to get out with a 50-60% loss @ about .19c, losing a substantial number of $, believing the change in plan would pan out like it was sold.
