The internal emails & memos are the key to finding the truth in this whole debacle. Whether access can be gained to the computer hard drives i don't know. Hopefully they havn't brought in a team to wipe the said drives. At present it looks as though we are going to have months of litigation between the protagonists which we as share holders will pay for. We have one group who are responsible for the disastrous performance of ABU over a long period of time. The second group who can see a very cheap opportunity to grab hold of a possible major gold mining operation with lots of upside exploration potential. The current BOD should resign enmasse & all positions advertised & thrown open. That way fat cats can be eliminated & competent professional people start running the company. I do stress competent there are lots out there who have a uni degrees, but couldn't run a paper round as we have found to our detriment.
