Class Action

Possible grounds for a class action here in my opinion.

Timeline of events:

19 Aug 2016 (mid 1Q17) - management present fy16 results and brief analysts. no hint of problems.

19 Oct 2016 (early 2Q17) - management present AGM. no hint of problems. no honest update.

2 Dec 2016 - business update. company claims "This momentum however has been tempered by temporary volume dislocation in China due to regulatory changeover and the flow-on effects of restructuring the route-to-market in China impacting from late 1Q17, as well as by strategic investments in promotions"

so in late 1Q17, ie mid to late September, management say they suddenly became aware of brewing problems.

Then a good 1 month later at the AGM, management and the board decided not to update the market7
