China is *always* a problem.
They play a very hard bargain and show no loyalty. They invested heavily in BKL and BAL and are now giving those companies the flick. Why deal with these companies when they are now buying up land and creating their own supply (and more) right here in Australia ?
Our pathetic government has allowed our valuable land and heritage to be swallowed up by foreigners that will never relinquish what they own. In reality, they don't care as it's all revenue to them.
