Class Action funding comes down to how much cash the company has - around $6m according to last report. Too low and litigation finders won't bother as regardless of what has occurred, the legal profession only worry about what is in it for them. Remember it's a legal system, not a justice system.
Generally these cases don't operate on a no-win, no-fee basis as they are only for when there is a guaranteed win. Litigation funders such as IMF Bentham would help but only if they see a win as a high probability.
