A valuation longer term was always going to be more attractive than a sale right now.
Shares were 1.80 a year ago and are now 29c . That has been a sobering landing for the coy, it's been trashed, it's also however not a high bar for a solid plan.

The average recap takes 3-6 months . This was never going to be an easy due diligence and recap exercise but no-one will be argue ponzi schemes etc given this exhaustive exercise so lots to look forward too.
