    one would have thought that Michael Kay  who is a  Non-Executive director and the Chairman of IMF Bentham (litigation funder), and also  non-executive director of Quintis would have kept Quintis out of trouble.  Mr Kay is a member of the Risk Management Committee (Chairman) and Audit Committee at Quintis.
