I'm undecided about participating in this. The company has director insurance so any payout will likely come from that rather than the balance sheet. However future premiums will be higher, costing holders in the long term.

I wish there was a way for Laura Mcbain and the board/senior management at the time to be held financially and criminally liable for their actions. It was nothing short of a disgrace the way they painted a pretty picture at the October 2016 AGM to then announce we were nearly broke only 2 months later.

Unfortunately, we live in a society where the top dogs get away with anything and everything while the little guys get crushed. Just see the pathetic $60k fine issued by ASIC for wiping $600m off the BAL market cap.
