I had loss trading BAL because of the exact reason as what you said, '...it was nothing short of a disgrace the way they painted a pretty picture at the October 2016 AGM to then announce we were nearly broke only 2 months later....'.

Called legal advice, and they said this is almost always settled before court, and that there is usually a good chance for investors to recover about half of their loss. It’s on a no win/no fee basis to participate.

Decided to participate in the CA.
