I guess if everyone participates that we have 100% uptake. cost is relatively low where we can afford.
if only 50% uptake, then we expect double the fees.
i guess once we pay, they do their works and spend their hours. if no win, fees are gone. at least we are buying a change.
I am in. comparing the amount i have plus the fees i have. why not!
