Thank you for the feedback. I have called and await the paperwork..but I really dont hold any expectations that our authority's power will have an effect upon the dodgy directors.
If there was any chance of recovery the legal firm would be on a no win no fee basis .
I think the broker for the IPO has done its dollars and in my opinion have engaged a firm to try and wrest back some credibility for itself. I wasnt in on the IPO and havent bothered to look at who the broker was. BUT I should so as to be forewarned.
