    I guess right now, potentially 60M shares now will be on class action. the cost for each shareholder will be greatly reduce. a good thing.
    regarding AU jurisdiction to claim, from what i have been told, there will be shareholder insurer located in Australia to compensate.

    we know what would happen if 60M shares can be claimed, for those who did not join, their shares would be worthless.
