We do not know the final plaintiffs signed up first. so first deposit the amount, then once they establish the total of shares up against the class action, they will re calculate the figures and refund for any unused amount to you.

Best to consider the worst case figures, if things get more better with more people involved then the lesser the fees will be charged to us.

I spoke to them, chances are pretty high for 100% uptake. wiht 60M shares for class action.
