Go with the figures they provided to you. it should have the whole list of all registered shareholders and their shares in line. Refer to the final figures " Total initial & Mandatory stages high stakes" as final.
if things goes really bad and require further lawsuit and action, they advise if you want to further join with additional cost on the lawsuit.
hopefully with all stages in legal action they will be taking, things can get settled pretty quickly at court.
