The ASX should never allow a company to release announcements during a VS.
Because it gives SH's no choice on whether they want to keep, sell or top up their investment in a company on the depth of information released. The ASX themselves stated they want more transparency released to SH's. well being able to keep a company in Voluntary suspension for 2 years, where is the transparency in that I ask?
All that does is give CEO's a wage every week , with them only having to write a memo when they feel like it .
