Yeah I got the email with the questionnaire from SPB. I think its an early exercise for them to see how many shareholders get onboard. There are no legal agreement just yet. As far as I understood KM already declared your share worth AUD$0.0000000000 now they you have the equity capital back you up on no win no fees bases. Its a no brainer. Something back always better then nothing and we all screwed by KM
