The class action is against 2 directors and KMPG. Instigated by 2 shareholders. You have to have bought your shares in between certain dates. The Lawyers are on big bucks and take the first pennies if successful , but there is no legal fee's . Shareholders will receive any crumbs left over. I would say they will settle above their costs. I have spoken to one of the Lawyers. My concern is they want a lot of info and paper shuffling to participate for what will be probably little gain. Motivation is having the fat cats squirm a little. However the receivers and half a dozen politicians are not included which is a pity.
