I spoke with a barister yesterday in Sydney and he is looking into the sorry case of Admedus with some lawyers who fund class actions. I gave them a 30 second overview of the situation and they are looking into it. If anything evolves, I will create a new gmail account and call for people to send some details so we can brief the lawyers with what went down fully.
Company looks like it is going to die so only fair we go after those who facilitated it.
