I have been through this scenario before and unless ASIC charge them and prove guilt is going to be up to the class action to do so . Don't think the insurance companies or the defendants will just roll over , usually out of things like this the only winners are lawyers . The legal firm will expect everyone to kick in the same amount regardless of how much you have lost
