Legal action is probably a waste of time, who knows. But at the time of that tweet and then the subsequent AGM they were almost 60% through the quarter. They knew they weren't going to be anywhere close. But then again there is little reason to suspect they ever had any data at all to suggest any jump in adapt in the first place. And this at the same time as a CR. That's the travesty IMO. I'm not saying it is illegal, not for me to comment. Morally reprehensible though IMHO.
Then there is the ex-director selling out.
