From what I've read, class actions tend to do little more than make law firms richer and wrap SH money up long term in a collapsing company. I think you're likely to walk out of it with less money then if you just sold up and got out.
But then I've only lost $12k on this lemon so far. People who've lost real money will be forgiven for having stronger feelings.
