1)why was the market not informed that forecast sales were never on track?
2)does wayne beleive he is the right person for the job after failing at all benchmarks for assessment?
3)does wayne have insurances that would cover negligence and potential class action?
4)does wayne beleive his actions and statements made prior to the capital raise are lawful and truthful?
5)have shareholders been deceived of the opportunity to make an informed decision about investing in admedus and taking part in the capital raising?
