Class action

Hey guys,

I have contacted Quinn Emmanuel having read an article stating that they were planning a class action suit and was provided this link to register for the class action. All details provided in the link. I doubt we'll be able to get any money back from the Administrators but hopefully this action can be targetted via the company's professional indemnity and public liability insurance... Either way it's no win no fee, so hopefully something comes of it and we have nothing to lose (anymore... what a debacle!).

As you may know, since filing the class action, RCR has appointed administrators (McGrath Nichol).

Given the timing of RCR’s administration – only three months after its $100 million Entitlement Offer to investors, we have put the Board (and others) on notice of an intention to file a claim against them - arising, but not limited to, the facts and circumstances as set out in the plaintiff’s claim and further, in respect of RCR’s Entitlement Offer.
