ok so so looks like this class action is moving forward and a big firm with deep pockets Burford will fund it. Quinn Emmanuel have confirmed that there is insurance in place so shareholders should be able to recoup some of their hard earned. If you need information then the original link I posted should get you registered. I haven’t checked if it’s still up so this is assuming it is. I received a separate auto generated email today as well so if you registered previously you should have received an email update. This could drag on for a bit but we should see some of our losses recouped and hopefully the 2 CEOs pay a hefty penalty of some sort. Their behaviour was just criminal. Not sure how the CFO escaped the suit...
