IMO when discovery commences they will join the CFO and Company Secretary into the Class Action claim. Both their assets should come into the fold for the allegations regarding insolvent trading and market disclosure at the time of the last raising. No doubt they will all be enjoying some time in ASIC section 19 examinations in the interim.....
