If its no cost which this one is then there is no drawback and nothing to lose. Doubt any money will come our way but you never know unless your in it..
There is a pecking order if money is found and distributed. Share holders are last of course but a class action group would be issued money before general share holders.
The only cost to you would be your time in filling out some forms.
