Personally I think these SH's are whinging a/holes who have no regard for other holders - this can only have a negative impact on the company and is an unecessary distraction. This is investing, you ride the highs and the lows and take responsibility for your own decisions. I've held VOC for years, all the way to $9 and back and expect the SP to improve from here whether or not there's a legitimate takeover offer. If traders got burned or investors panicked and sold then so be it, but don't try and recover some of your losses at the expense of fellow holders - move on.
