    Also when you call 1800 071 827 which is their class action team.. they are "experiencing high call volume" leave, name, number message.... lol.
    These customer service lines are almost always a joke... they all experience higher than usual call volume all the time.
    Left them a message.... lets see if they get back in 72 hours!

    Anywho, quite poor communication.
