    Thesis:

    Based on price drop of 91 cents I reckon 30 cents per share is reasonable, although most heavily effected buyers at that time would not be happy with that outcome.

    Slater & Gordon need to have shown they can deliver a reasonable result for shareholders if they want to continue doing class actions of this type or they will lose reputation.

    When legal negotiations between the parties take place us the shareholder will not get an absolute award ie 91 cents.

    Lets say after legal fees there is $25,000,000 left in the kitty and at 30 cent per share compensation that equals around 83 million shares registered in the class action.

    But who knows maybe lots of buyers did not register and Slater & Gordon did a bonza job of getting nearer the 91 cents thats 27,500,000 registered shares in the class action.

    The answer is in the maths with Slater & Gordon reputation at risk.

    Maybe Financial Review will tell us tomorrow how much per share.
