i am no lawyer however i would think CMQ would argue they kept the market informed and in the interests of shareholders put forward "their" opinion and were mindful of keeping the market informed of not only their opinions but the actions of others against CMQ and as such the market was 'fully" informed
the final outcome was even discussed so its difficult imo for anyone to sustain and argument of not being informed.
that being said its a sad result for anyone left holding.
and the whatever you have left from the fiasco would be best used in better ways then with lawyers who will take even more money from you
