I suspect the effects of medicare here (not the USA medicare) will encourage surgeons to use the expanders as it cuts down on their workload. Still how these differences were not picked up in the phase 3 testing is something I still don't understand. It should have been obvious from the earliest days in the USA that it was different to Australia.
