To get a class action going you actually need to sign up so there is enough people for them to pursue it.

EVERYONE SIGN UP NOW BEFORE YOU FORGET or at least put it as top priority in you calendar, write a note on the fridge, note in pocket (to do on the train) or note next to your computer.
