I'm not aware of a pending class action. More to the point, neither is Bellamys or Mengniu, if we can go by the following (Clause 13, Section 2 of the Scheme Agreement):

1. 13 (Litigation) Other than as disclosed to Mengniu prior to the date of this deed, Bellamy’s has notbeen subject to any material litigation or regulatory actions within the 2 years before signing this deed which have not been disclosed to ASXor to Mengniu, and there are no outstanding threatsof material litigation against Bellamy’s.
