    No argument from me there, RangaCat! BAL are among the worst communicators I've seen.

    Good luck with the choices and decisions you're no doubt thinking of right now, as are all holders: do I take the money now in case the deal doesn't go through, or should I hold on for the 60 cent dividend and the possibility of other bidders coming out?
