Surely there is grounds for one if ever.
Conflict of interest. Blatant dumping / price manipulation. Market not informed. No ASIC intervention / query despite the massive drop in SP.
I hope some big players have been hurt enough to kick up a fuss.
I personally lost a reasonable amount - having bought in at below the TO price (which turns out to have been a fair valuation on my part!!!), but hit my stops and sold when the price kept going down.
I could take it if I just made a bad call, but not when the price has apparently been blatantly driven down to suit the insiders.
I will be very interested to see what the ASX / ASIC do about this.
If nothing, then you could never trust them to ever do anything.
Who has a contact at Slater & Gordon? Do we really have any rights or shall I just forget it and move on?
