the easy and lowest hanging fruit to go after is the failure to disclose sensitive information. there are several examples and the best bit is they published it for you... look at the quarterlies, everytime they wrote a quarterly they retrospectively informed the market of sensitive information..... few examples.
broken machines,
off-take partner withholding of pay
the ceasing of production after grade failure.
failure to meet off-take grade
delays in dam build
prime contractor going broke
unavailability of water at taronga.
blah blah blah the list goes on
basically every quarterly has about 3 things that are considered price sensitive and should have been made known to the market when the company knew.... but they didn't.... and now i hope someone takes this information and uses it to smite them as it seems only right that their lack of communication is the thing that brings them down.
