i agree, this will be unlikely to happen and even if it did the company would fold and we'd win nothing but the moral highground.
that said, there is some value in ensuring that there is public discussion about how badly they run these companies and maybe prevent some poor dumb sucker like me in the future investing in anything these guys touch.
just make sure you remember all their names for future as cockroaches always find a way to survive, so we'll no doubt see another version of this in future under another name.
