The biggest problem is to find some board members to put up as candidates to replace the existing bunch. Just been through this with CLA and the group that called the EGM have now withdrawn as the two candidates were deemed not experienced enough , so they pulled it after being convinced to keep the existing board.
It's funny but I even think some of the posters here know enough about the company to be able to do it but does anyone here have director experience?
