    What are they liable for- apart from being totally incompetent? We need to prove something- where would you start? They’ll still play the bad luck story management is so perfect at... bad weather, firms going bankrupt, machinery breaking down, tin price dropping.
    Management have never owned up to anything.

    The One card might be with what the new guy is up to- the old conspiracy theories- where company is connected and are they trying to screw holders again?
